Clutch Pedal

My clutch pedal is REALLY soft and I don't know the last time any work was done on the clutch, is there any way to figure out if I need a whole new clutch kit I.E. Flywheel and such or should I only need a new pressure plate?

try and give it a good bleed first, might just be air in the system
