vaccume lines on an m20?

well i just finished installing my megasquirt using a custom harness made by rs4pro. it fired up and ran great, but its idleing at about 3k rpms.... im thinking its a vaccume leak.where are all of the vaccume lines on the m20 motor? i want to go through and replace them all just to be safe.

one goes from the valve cover to the throttle, two go from the throttle to the brake booster, one goes from the intake mani to the fuel regulator, one goes from the bottom of the throttle to the charcoal canister, one for the icv from intake boot to throttle body
