Timing Belt help?

okay, i just bought a 89 325i
i checked the valves an cylinders for compression and ive turned everything to see if any of the valves were bent. so far it seems to be okay, i wont know till i pull of the head.

ive been searchin n searching n no i dont have a manual yet,

can you guy tell me how to line this thing up correctly? what marks and do you have pictures?
