How are your cap and rotor? Is everything stock? And does it happen at the same rpm every time (most important)? And what plugs are you running? For some reason the ecu only likes the oem ones. But it very well could be the ecu. Just went through some stuff recently with 2 bad ecus and they can do some funky stuff.

I"m onto thinking it could be coolant sensor related, or ecu...

I have this problem too.

Fucking odd, only when the temps get hot. Driving in the winter it is great. And then once the ambient temps gets around 90 it gets all fisky after running hard for about an hour.

Really odd, like when you give it gas it makes an almost rhythmic spuddering noise?

I cleaned my MAF out super well and the problem went away for awhile. But then came back, to the point that the car wont even start on days above 95* outside.

Sound semi-similiar?

BTW, I have brand new coolant sensor, and that is not what would cause these problems.

I am definitly leanings towards ignition related or perhaps a cam sensor.
