cam seal. theres another gasket in that area that i cant remember the name of. valve cover seal.

X2 right thar, main! Do that cam seal, it takes about half an hour if you are a 1/8th drunk clutz, 8.2 minutes if you are reasonably competent.
And hey, now is a really good time to replace that coolant, do a quick backflush on the coolant system (pull that thermostat first!), carefully check all belts and hoses, get it tin tip fucking top driving condition....the let it sit in the damn garage while you bus to work because the fucking gas prices are killing you!

im also replacing my timing belt as i am replacing my rocker arms. does anyone know a good way to hold the cam to remove the bolt? because i cant seem to get it out easily and i wont be abe to reach the rocker arm shafts..
