Ignition wires..Ok to replace with used ones?

So apparently #1 is bad on my wires, my brothers friend said that its arching.

Is it alright to just get some used wires in good condition? I really don't have much money to spare right now but this is starting to become a problem with starting(long start) and some strange stuff happening when I drive around.

Got a Bentley...You could Ohm test the used wires to see if their resistence is in spec.

Yes I do have a bentley its one of the few and best tool I've got.
