when i remove my key from the ignition the RPMs on the guage jump to 2000rpms and theres the sound of the starter turning, whats going on, its only happened twice but its weird.the rpms actually aren't rising because the cars off just the rpms on the guage.

its only done i twice out of the 1billion times i turned my car off, the car sat for 1 month at the bodyshop, but for the last three weeks i start it atleast 3-4 times a week. and ive driven it 2 or 3 times, its drives perfectly normal.

also my cars battery is not fully charged because i've been leaving the doors open and haven't been driving it.
