fan clutch is brand new.. and the car wont make this noisy power steering noise untill it heats up.

very easy....take the power steering belt off after it has warmed up and see if it goes away. Same goes with the fan cause its def a plastic hitting something sound. Thats a fan hitting something, take the fan out and check all hoses and the radiator (shoud)

It sounds like the fan is rubbing on something, check the fan shroud and the motor mounts.
The car makes it possible, but the driver makes it happen.

There is a wire bundle that goes behind the fan and should be clamped down by a special plastic tube thing which attaches to the timing belt cover. Make sure those wires are not loose and rubbing on the fan.

                  ok time for an update..

me and the girl washed the car today, while i was adding some oil i sprayed the thermostat with WD-40 and then abit on the power steering pully and belt , and holly shit the sound is gone. so i am guessing the belt is to tight , because when i drive the car hard it comes right back. so yah but the fan rubbing i am still trying to find whats wrong with it. also there is a hole in the power steering pulley???
