Car runs more responsive in the morning

I know it sounds like a stupid question but the car is so crisp and responsive in the morning when the temp is low.

Should i chalk it up to heat soak once it gets warm or is there a resolution?

    Thanks

Have a poor boy hot air intake (cold air intake/cone filter) ?

Also, its pretty normal for vehicles to run better when the ambient temp is mild vs hot.

I feel the same way, i think it has alot to do with the morning air but that's just a rough theory.

It'll be interesting to hear what some people say.. discuss..

Yea it does have an intake just k&n. I have been debating whether or not to ditch or build a heat sheild. Or if it was a afm problem maybe it needs to b lean all the time like in the morning. I don't know it drives me crazy if it were a small block chevy i would put a phenolic spacer on it and b done with it haha

You are sucking in hot air with that cone chilling in your engine bay, build a PROPER shield, or ditch it.

            No - don't do that. You'll get sued. :D
