If you don't have spark, of of the following is the cause:

    1) No timing reference data to DME
    2) No power to the DME
    3) No power to the coil
    4) Bad coil
    5) Bad DME
The car makes it possible, but the driver makes it happen.

Man I've changed everything I could think of
      I changed the ECU
      changed the relays
      spark plugs
      distributor
      wires
      crank sensor
      wire harness
      afm
      fuel rail
      grounds
      what else could there be?

What else could possibly keep it from sparking?

ok So I am having a no spark issue too. It happened this morning. Drove fine yesterday. I have swapped out coils still no spark, CPS reading within specs, have 12 volt at the coil, the connector by the diagnostic plug is good. WTF Help

I'm in the same boat, I've been having starting issues though every day it took a little longer to get it to start, I'm not sure the spec the CPS should be, (anyone want to chime in?) I got voltage at the coil but no spark, I have jumped the fuel pump relay and no start but havn't check individual injectors. I can't see the DME just shitting out on me.

The CPS on an M20 engine should read 530-560 ohms. And you should see the resistance change when a piece of ferrous metal is brought to the face of the sensor.

my CPS is constantly rising between pins 2+3,

I don't want to just starting replacing parts cause the OP still hasn't gotten his to start and replaced everything.

I have spark now but still no fuel....

I had to change the coil again and the cylinder ID plug.

Why arent the fuel injectors firing? I removed the injectors and plugged them up and no spray enven with new ones.

                    What could this be?

The cause of that condition will be any of:

                      1) Insufficient fuel pressure (bad FPR, pump, fuel pump relay, or DME)
                      2) Wiring fault between the DME and the injectors (corroded C191 connector is a common cause)

Fuel pump is perfect, so is the fpr, don't know about the relay but it pumps fine when on so I guess thats straight. dme works perfect in other cars.

is the the C191 the connector that plugs the injector rail to the harness...

What is the pressure at the inlet to the fuel rail when cranking over the engine?

I dont have a pressure gauge but i swapped the fpr with a new one. Then I disconnected the fuel inlet line and used my good ol' thumb to squeez the line and it feels like I have more pressure than the walbro 255 I have in my volvo.
