    Have a question about engine work

    I decided to put the 2.5i head on my car. I am getting the cam shaved to a 288 and I need to know which head gasket to use. One for a 2.5 or a 2.7? Also if anyone can tell me if I am going to notice anything out of the new head, cam, intake manifold, tps, [COLOR=blue! important][COLOR=blue! important]throttle [COLOR=blue! important]body[/COLOR][/COLOR][/COLOR], computer, 3.73 LSD diffrential, [COLOR=blue! important][COLOR=blue! important]fuel [COLOR=blue! important]pressure [/COLOR][COLOR=blue! important]regulator[/COLOR][/COLOR][/COLOR], fuel injectors, IACV, MAF, Intake Boot, proformance exhaust (including Long Tube Headers), engine rebuild (gaskets, seals), etc or am I just wasting my time? Is this going to wake my car up? Also putting a chip in the computer as well. Thanks alot for the input. Also any other addons thought of are nice. Also if anyone has any idea about how much horsepower I will have or gain by doing this. Even a ruff Idea is good. Also I have always noticed that the gas petal dosen't take much to hit the floor, as in not alot of room, any ideas for better throttle response?

    Head gasket is the same (2.5-2.7) Its the stroke that makes it 2.7
