new engine or keep existing one!?

have a 91 325i, 243xxx miles. Needs a new head gasket is leaking bad. Should i look to swap in a younger engine or just fix the head gasket? everything else with the engine seems fine

I would say if the headgasket is leaking then replace it along with all the other MISC gaskets, timing belt, water pump, etc.
