need help with a bad idle

I got a major idle issue that I cant figure out. It revs up, then dies repeatedly but only when it's warmed up. I've swapped ECUs and that did nothing. checked most the vacuum lines and replaced the breather hose on the valve cover and the hose from the intake neck to the ICV.

and because a picture is worth 1000 words, how about a video of what it's doing

    wtf

Try cleaning the ICV and check the adjustment and operation of the throttle and TPS.
The car makes it possible, but the driver makes it happen.

hmmm, I have the same thing exactly---only after warm up, like a flat spot on a carbed engine. Im kinda leaning towards a dirty-rusty fuel tank tho on mine. No looking foward to it

unless the spare afm i had lying around is bad, that didnt fix it. though, i noticed that I smell fuel when stopped and after I turn it off. might a fuel leak cause that?
