    AFM cleaning

I did search but came up with nothing as far as a proper procedure to cleaning out the AFM. (see DIY)

    Is there one?

I know it's really sensitive so I don't want to f*ck it up in the process.

If lucky, the E36 will die peacefully, in its natural habitat, and be given the prestigious honor of donating its parts to an E30

    Use "Throttle Body" cleaner...

Hold the meter up so the black box is on top, you don't want solvent getting into the box that contains the "brush" and "sweep"... (little circuit board) through the door shaft.

Also take it easey on the little sensor poking into the chamber
