    M20 B23 - manual?

I'm pretty new to the Bimmer world, so forgive me if that is not a correct way to say that...

I don't know how many of you saw but my buddy and I bought an '85 Euro 323i...

I ordered a Bentley for it, got it in the mail the other day, and realized that the B23 is not in that manual.

My question is--where would I find a manual with that motor???

    Thanks

you can refer to the 84-87 325e for most engine electronics

the rest will be very much like US 325/e/i

So the Bentley will basically work for our motor?

pitty they dont run motronic at all though hey? they run l-jetronic, no sprak/ignition control, they run a distributor. E28 5 series is probably going to be it, or download the e30 factory manual, i think the 323i was included in that (id have to double check). I know there are sections on l-jet in the E28/E30 haynes manual.
Just a little project im working on

oh yea... I assumed that a '85 would have Motronic 1.0, my bad

            yea, l-jet is different, nevermind

OP: IN that case, slap a Euro 2.7e long block under it and convert it to Motronic 1.3 :p
