Please ID this sound (vid inside)

Having so much trouble identifying this sound.

Please, if you know what it is or might be, PM me or reply to this thread.

it only makes then sound when the engine turns over, and it gets faster as the RPMs increase.

    Thanks so much.

Nice one! What side of the engine is it coming from? If you have a spare set of belts you can cut the PS belt first and see if noise is gone, then do the same to the A/C belt, can cut the alt/water pump belt too but don't run the car for long...

It almost sounds like a fan blade but you don't have one....

      Thanks so much Jean.

I should've added more info, we JUST replaced the timing belt, tensioner pulley, everything that we thought was the problem.

took off most the fans and belts, put em back on.

it sounds like it coming right where i zoomed in, front of the engine, and sounds like an external noisee.. not like its in the engine block..

Yeah it doesn't sound like internal noise.... but since you already did the belts and all and don't want to cut them, have you tried removing the P/S and A/C belts? It could be something very simple.... good luck! I know when I took my m20 apart it's a pretty tight fit where all the belts and tentioner is..

        Good luck!

You said you just replaced the timing belt, Try checking your tb tensioner. I put a tb on a car once with too much tension on the tb and it made a similar noise.
