    Stomp test no longer works???

My car died on the side of the road (I have another thread open on this) and I noticed when I tried to stomp test it - nothing. Is that the throttle switch or the end of travel switch for the pedal - I feel like I probably have a harness issue and this will help greatly tracking it down.

The usual cause of the "stomp test" not working is that the DME doesn't see alternating idle and WOT switch closures from the TPS. That can be due to misadjustment of the TPS or throttle stops or a bad TPS.
The car makes it possible, but the driver makes it happen.

For anyone searching: It was the ECU.

I had a problem with a bad idle and an intermitant CEL, and my stomp test wouldn't register either. I tested the TPS and the idle switch did not have continuity, it was the problem all along
