eta looses power and boggs whenever it feels like it WHY???

    ok i have replaced the
fuel pumps and filter about 5 or 6 months ago,
    timing belt
    water pump,
    fuel temperature sensor(housing)
yellow top sensor with two prongs(forgot what is called)
    distributor
    rotor
    TPS
    and an ebay O2 sensor

In the mornings when i first start it the car starts, and goes to 2000 rpms and then drops to about 500 and stays there trying to stay on. If i try to drive the car, it backfires and is as if it only had two cylinders working, but if i step on the gas all the way the car goes. after i drive it hard for small distance the car drives like a dream and goes back to normal. as i am driving, with no warning the pronlem returns and the car will do it all again until i drive it slightly hard.

Notes: i have a Air/Fuel gauge and whenever the car is normal the light jumps around the border line between lean and ideal, When the problem happens the light goes all the way down to lean and keeps getting leaner untill it dissapears or has one bar on lean. Everytime that happens it kinda smells like bad gasoline

    Please guys help me out

      i beleive so
but i think i found the problem, after reading what i wrote i decided to just disconnect the O2 sensor and see what happened, and what happened was that the problem was not just randomly but the entire time it did the problem
so it looks like i might have it figured out

damn it, i bought a new Bosch O2 sensor and the problem is not only still there but also happens more often, boggs and misfires, and backfires. its frustrating

I have replaced almost everything (except the ECU) and i have tested for vaccum leaks, and it looks like it doesnt have any leaks, maybe im doing it worng but i have tested with all kinds of cleaner sprays.

Lennon where in tampa do you live, i live in Brandon and i would really appreciatte a second opinion on what might be happening
