Very very very rich mixture

like i said very rich mix what can be the cause the car is an eta a 87 325e with a i head but it already had the problem with the e head all of this parts are new:

Crank sensor
TPS
Spark plug
Spark plug wires
O2 sensor
rotor and distributor
I have change the ecu and it still rich and the coolant sensor its ok and the AFM has good readings too it has good fuel pressure too what can it be? i almost breaking my head...o and i disconnet the cold star injector so thats not the problem either

disconnected from power or from fuel supply?

if its mechanicly stuck open, if will still inject fuel even without power

whats the cars temp reading at on the guage?

the stock tempeture gauges is damaged so i install a autometer water temp guages. The tempeture doesn't past 180
