Fuel Pump motor resistance

any body have a spare fuel pump thats known good that they can measure the resistance across it with a meter ? Won't show if pump is locked up but should show if the pump motor is shorted. That way when I go to J yard I take my meter

i have a 86 325e...can i convert it to just 1 fuel pump?
