is the injector harness from an 86 325 the same as one from a 90 325is?

You need the entire engine and injector harness from a post 9/87 325i/is. And I think there'll have to be some "adjustment" of the harness to make it work in an 86 car (C101 changed over time.The car makes it possible, but the driver makes it happen.

I think JAM has a 1990 325i that just needs a new injector harness. Swapping an 86e harness would be a serious undertaking!Comment

I think I have one from an '89 325i that is available. (Picked it up to do an e to i swap, but decided not to use it.) Can anyone chime in on what to look for that will verify it's the correct one?Comment
