1990 325 m20b25. Pulls great right up to 3800 then the power delivery just dies and goes flat, except for a few blips of power then pulls a lil bit right before red line. Definately suspect a fuel delivery / fuel management issue. Any ideas or common culprits?

if the filter is open to the engine bay it could be hot airbring it http://athomasmr23.mybrute.comComment

If all the usual suspects are checked (fuel pressure and vollume, secondary ignition etc)and found to be fine it could be a clogged catalyst.

My old l-jet had this same problem, replaced cap, rotor, plug leads, plugs, fuel filter, air filter, adjusted timing but still had the same flat power band feeling (but ran better anyway) replaced the FPR and it eliminated the flat spot.
Dunno if you have replaced all that shit but generally I'd think a proper tune up like what I did will leave you with pleasing results (minus distributor adjustment of coarse.)///Monstrosity. (OO≡≡[][]≡≡OO)
