Anyone successfuly repair one and pressure test? Im curious how coolant doesnt get past the plunger shaft if the diaphram is rotted away and only an oring is used for sealing.

I have. It's been running for a few years now with no leaks. I used a generic o-ring to seal. Nothing special. For the rubber piece that shuts down the water flow I used a rubber washer from home depot and cut it to size.
