M20 Missing under load/ rough idle.. Searched

My car has recently started to stumble at idle and under load.
It stumbles between 1k and 2k and above that it pulls strong. The Idle is lopey and some times erratic.
    I have recently replaced:
    Plugs
    wires
    plugs again
    cap
    rotor
    distributor
    fuel filter (about 2yrs ago)
fuel pump (replaced with a working low mileage unit)

I have also cleaned most of the electrical connections associated with the air fuel delivery (AFM, ICV, TB)
Here is a video to better explain what i mean:

    from the exhaust end:

Ive run a bottle of seafoam and about 3 bottles of injector cleaner through the system (over a period of a few months) to no avail. Sorry for the shitty quality... i only have my cell phone with me...

check for a vacuum leak. I had the same problem. it's worth getting a multimeter and checking that you're getting proper resistance, etc. from all your ignition components.

      Try adjusting the valves.

Note: It's a little tricky to get them just right.

I'll look into replacing my hoses... Any other suggestions?

That set of symptoms would best match an intake leak or a bad AFM.
The car makes it possible, but the driver makes it happen.

when I had this problem, it was because I'm a dumbass and thought I had properly set the boot around my AFM, but it had tucked under right where I couldn't reach. I found, put it on right, the car runs great. :)

-check afm resistance (refer to bentley) when cold and when you move the flap (should be smooth, no binds in increase of rest/physically.
              -check ICV resistance
              -vacc. leaks

The Bentley manual won't tell you the specs for resistance on the AFM for 6 cylinder cars. Just FYI.

^+1 all it says is to check for flat spots in the resistance change.

                    Coil?
                    Maybe try a compression test?

The coil seemed to be in working order when i last checked.. but I have a spare that i can swap in the next time i have a free weekend. I'll replace all of the vacc hoses also and see where that gets me.

The car hasnt had its valves adjusted since 06 so again, another thing i will look into when the time is available.

                      Thanks!
