Euro E30 323i Clutch

Any parts experts out there that can tell me what the difference is between BMW clutch assembly part numbers 21211223101 and 21211223101. By looking at RealOemParts it would appear that 21211223101 is for Euro model E30's where as 21211223102 is for USA model E30's. But when . I drill down on the individual parts, the release bearing and clutch disc part numbers are identical but there is no separate pressure plate part listed.

Bottom line is I'm trying to determine whether I can use the 21211223102 clutch kit on my '85 323i.

I can't tell you if there is a difference or not, but I ran a standard m20 clutch with my 2.7i build that used the trans that was in my euro 323i without issues.
