So I recently did basic maintenance (plugs/wires/cap/rotor) and now my plug wires keep falling off the distributor. The wires are denso and the distributor is bosch. When everything is on the car runs great. Is there anything I can put on to stop this from happening? Maybe dielectric grease inside the cap to give it a little bit of suction to stay on?

You should be able to squish the plug wire receptacle very slightly to get it to hold on, but first make sure the wires don't have long ends that are bottoming out or something.
If you do squish the plug end be sure to keep the insulation intact, as you wouldn't want any arcing.
If you don't want to do that you could try the grease, or rough up the distributor plastic and use a mild solvent to degrade the rubber where it interfaces with the distributor to promote adhesion.
