    Help, tps boost leak

Today i made an adapter to my turbo to test for boost leaks. Everywhere seemed dandy except for between the throttlebody and tps. Is there a gasket thats supposed to go there? Should i make a gasket? It seems like its going through where the butterfly flap connects to the tps. I notice theres a snap ring in the bottom but idk if theres a part # for a seal to go in there.

Yes, there is an O-ring between the sensor and the throttle body on both the E30 switch and the E36 style variable TPS.

If you're talking about it just leaking around the throttle body shaft on the side opposite the TPS, there's not much you can do short of rebuilding the TB, which isn't particularly easy. There are internal seals inside the snap ring, but they're usually dead after 30 years in an engine bay. I was going to rebuild my spare but I could never get the original bearings out, so I lost interest and decided to just leave it.
