Returnless fuel system conversion possible?

Is it possible to convert the M20’s fuel system to be returnless like on newer BMW engines?

Want to simplify the fuel system and reduce the number of fuel lines that can potentially leak

Sure, back feed the supply with a one way valve of the correct pressure. However, there is just no legitimate reason to do this. If your fuel lines are an issue, fix them, don't take a stupid shortcut for the sake of saving a small amount of money.
