    Stall in the cold?

On cold mornings, about half the time, car stalls after backing down the 60 ft driveway into the street and putting the car in drive.
    Otherwise, the engine purrs.
Doesn't happen again later in the day.
    No vacuum leak.

    Any ideas?

Had a similar situation but YMMV. It was a vacuum leak coupled with worn out old 200K mile piston rings. Happened so bad once that my engine got flooded with gas and I had zero compression to be able to restart the car. Running a MarkD chip didn't help.
