Super Eta vs 325i throttle body

Looking to convert my 86 Eta to Motronic 1.3. The conversion involves rerouting the ICV to feed idle air through the throttle body instead of the back of the intake manifold, so I am going to buy a later style throttle body. Since the Super Eta and 325i use this setup but have different head/cam profiles as they 325i revs higher, I’m thinking the 325i one is larger to allow more air into the engine. Is there a difference between the Super Eta and 325i throttle body?
