Oil filter housing banjo bolt seal question

Hey, I'm in the process of resealing my oil filter housing. I purchased the two seals (#4 and #5 in diagram) and am unsure where #4 goes. Anyone who has done this job can give any tips?

"seal" 5 is just a crush washer, number 4 is an o-ring that sit's in a groove on the banjo bolt.
