E30 M30B32 Swap no injector pulse or fuel pump when cranking engine

After 3 weeks of searching forums I have seen similar problems but nobody ever posts the fix. feel I have to put this post up now.

    Google drive photos https://drive.google.com/folderview?...aQfibavbqYZrwF

Need some advice and guidance for my M30B32 e30 swap. Came from a 1973 533i. My e30 is an '89 and this swap has previously been in an '86 e30. I am having a problem where the engine cranks but injectors aren't pulsing and the fuel pump won't turn on when cranking.
    Steps I have taken:
    1. Confirmed spark. Engine fires with starter fluid
    2. Replace Main and Fuel Relay
    3. Confirmed 12V to fuel pump on Pin 20
    4. Confirmed DME 12V power from Pin 35
    5. Checked 12V at all Injector plugs
    6. Fuel hoses to rail are connected correct.
    7. 2 New Crankshaft position / reference sensors on Bell housing. Resistance is correct
    8. New fuel pump
    9. Working ICV, creates buzz sound
    10. Fuel pump works if I jump the fuel pump relay
    11. I have a 6 Button OBC so I know I don't have an immobilizer preventing fuel system from working.
    12. New Battery, spark plugs, rotor, distributor, spark plug wires
    13. Good fuel pressure and flow

I am wondering what the connector next to ecu does (https://drive.google.com/file/d/1RXv...w?usp=drivesdk). I can't seem to find a matching connector on my e30. I'm wondering if my ignition system is at fault.I also read that the green wire for connector in second photo also powers the fuel system?

Under the steering column there is an OBC relay box/module. Run a jumper wire between the Green wire, and the green/red wire, should fire up.
