I bought a set of these from Otis, ordered them on Saturday and got them today.. They're beefy! Thanks man! -

So where does the BFH treatment take place? The whole fire wall? Or just around the brake booster?Leave a comment:

Position #1 no a/c no BFH treatment, turbo yes.
Position #2 allows a/c, needs BFH treatment, turbo yes.
I am making another set tomorrow so it's ready to ship. :)Leave a comment:

So, if I am reading this correctly. Pos # 2 allows a/c and turbo fitment and requires very little BFH treatment? With Pos # 1 you can run turbo and no a/c? Or no turbo @ all and a/c with no BFH treatment @ all? Thanks Otis.Leave a comment:

cool about to send paypal. What kind of paint did you use on the mounts? I am probably going to rustoleum them and paint them white so its easier to check for cracks down the road. Just didnt know if you already primed them or not.
Money sent!

yes position 2 requires some hammer mods were the back of the head is. Just tap it in 1" below the brake line that's attached to the fire wall in a 8x8 area and that's it. A/C will work also.

Sweet man. And just to clarify a couple of things, position 2 will allow turbo/air conditioning and needs sledge hammer action to fit the motor correct?
Thanks for the close up!

I'll prolly pick up that other set. Do you think you can get me some close ups of the welds and the joints. I trust that if you are using and another member they should be okay but I just want to make sure before I buy them :) Thanks!
