M30 turbo manifold in the making

Had a set of flanges laying around and with the swap car I am working on, figured what the heck lets make a manifold that will work with the mounts I made and A/C.

Progress from this morning, should be done in 2 weeks or sooner. :)
And will be making a jig to duplicate, any interest?????

I used the HX40 to mock up since it's a large turbo so fitment will not be an issue if you want to use a smaller one.

Considering the power you made out of your old turbo M10, this will be fun to watch!

I'm thinking $700 shipped. And you can order it with a T3 or T4 flange, add $40 for external wastegate provision.

Possible to cop just the flanges? Saves you the welding, and I haven't seen any off the shelf sources for M30B35.

You can get the flanges from Stahl headers.

The manifold I am currently running is not equal length and it works very well at 7000 rpm's at 20psi.

Those are the jigs to duplicate them, there is a set to the right of them ready to ship if someone wants them. :)
