harness question

anybody know the diffence between a 1990 e34 535 manual harness and a 1988 e30 325is manual harness

yep, a lot of differences, i wont name them though.
If you are looking to put an m30 in your 88 325is, you just extend the wires on your harness and it will be a true bolt on. BTDT

What are you looking for specifically?
You could use either one if I'm not mistaken. I used an late model m20 harness with my swap if that helps any?
