No, worse. You want one out of an e32/e34 so that it will have correct oil pan already installed, and 3.5 manifold/head AKA "big valve". If you get the one from an e24/e28 you can still make it work though....

wow dude, chill.
you want my honest opinion? I think you should learn how to work on your motor first, then think about doing a swap. Learn the ins and outs, how it works, what sensors do, all that good stuff. Because if you run into any of the problems I did, you will be shit out of luck. Do you know what motor is in your car now? I'm all for another e30m30, I just don't want you to get all the parts, then be in way over your head mid way through the swap.
