Now my 2nd gear is out,so i plan on using the transmission from the e30,from what ive been reading im pretty sure i understand which parts im going to need to do this,thats fine..and i know ill need a few other things but my question is being i have a DD e34 right now,about how much more will i be spending for the parts to do this swap? im thinking i should be able to get everything done with $500 in parts?

I'm not sure what I've spent in my swap but I know it was a lot more than $500. You get in there and you end up replacing all sorts of stuff cause you might as well while it's out. The exhaust set up alone will cost quite a bit as well.sigpic -
