I am going to torque up my new main and rod bolts, but I am unsure if these bolts are to be torqued to the specified values alone or require an additional angle tighten...any help?

I'd been using http://www.bmw-m.net/TechData/torq/bmw_torq.pdf
It suggests 60NM for the main caps and 55NM for rods - I was expecting torque angles since these bolts should be replaced (suggesting torque-to yield?).
