What kind of gains can be expected from a magnaflow highflow cat? I never really noticed a difference on the m20 so I'm wondering what the point of these are?

the cat of the stock m30 exhaust is known to be restrictive and having a high flow on the m30 unlike the m20 will actually increase horsepower -
Very little though, like less than 5hp. Its still a cat and exhaust still needs to travel through it.Byron
