    M30 in 320i of 1988

Firt of all I want to present my self. I´m from Spain(Madrid),I´m 25 years old and I have three cars:
    -BMW E30 329i 1988
    -Audi S2 ABY
    -SEAT 128 of 1975
There are some pictures of them:

This isn´t the mine, but i haven´t got any photo now:

Now I want to do a swap: put a m30 engine into my old BMW. I think that this forum is the best doing this swaps, so I need some advices:up:

    My idea is this:
    -Engine in the 2 position
    -Use a m30 engine from 535i e34 or 735i e32
    -¿¿¿¿m10????transmission from 318i before 1987
could I use the original m20b20 transmission?
    -clutch? I have no idea
    -325i driveshaft(e30) before1987
-Engine mount, I doubt between these:

    -e28 radiator
-exhaust manifold (I supose the original M30)
-How I do the rest of the exhaust?
-Is the original wiring of the m20, right for the m30 engine?
    Please show me the way
Thank you and excuse me for my horrible english:drink:

im the process of doing my swap. i bought the whole 535i so just unbolted half the exhaust and to tell yoou the truth it all works out of the 1989 535i like fits all through the front passenger side but pretty close to the firefall.and from there it would be easy to make custom exhaust but at least first half is all done. i bought motor mounts from a guy named joe funk. they were way off. cut and welded them. probably whats going to happen eventually. have to use a 5 series tranny or 7 series of those years i believe. could try three series five series combo on the drive shafts. but since you will have 5 series tranny then you need the bigger flange off the drive shaft. best bet just go with what you know and have and buy the parts as you go. expect to take a while. wirering is always sketchy. i got a 91 auto wirering harness to work on my 89 m30 engine. but ended up using the original m30 harness just because it all worked out more smoothly.
