I have an F1 racing 6 puck copper ceramic clutch from ebay - seems nice and the price was very right. Just don't use the pilot bearing.

hey HandalE30, i recently got a complete m30 clutch kit from a company called http://www.directclutchservices.com.au/ i got the hi torque organic clutch kit, just finished installing last night and drove the car today and is a blast to drive. They custom make clutches to suit any make or model, from heavy duty to full drag spec and are excellent to deal with, they had my clutch made and sent away in a day. They do ship worldwide and i would recommend them to anyone!

I'd use E34 M5 Sachs Racing (-765) pressure plate & clutch disc. They are specced for 550Nm but can handle 750Nm (tried and tested). The clutch-feel and "grip-off" are also very nice and usable everyday, which those sinter-clutches are not.

I bought mine from local dealer here in Finland, they should be available all around the world, though. The pressure plate is for E34 M5 3.6 (with one-mass flywheel), my clutch disc is for E39 M5 (used one in the picture) because of the 6-speed 'box, but you should buy the whole package from Sachs to get dampened clutch disc which is suitable to be used with normal 5-speed 'box.

Around 8kg, it could've been machined even lighter but i wanted to keep some mass in it. The original double-mass weighted +18kg so it's quite a nice lightening.

That flywheel-clutch combo is for my V8, though..
