expansion tank getting pressure back when hot??

so i posted a thread earlier about the order of the radiator hoses. i followed what i was told and when my engine gets hot i start having pressure and its almost like the water is popping inside my overflow tank. getting pressure back. and my temp sending unit will pop up when i turn the key to start but only to the first line and will not move from there

i have replaced temp sending unit (the blue one)

    thinking radiator is clogged?

e28 radiator i bought from a junk yard.

Back flow test that used radiator, make sure it's still good.
Make sure to bleed thoroughly to let the air bubbles out of the system.

find the gauge temp wire and ground it, if temp gauge goes to peg you have the right wire, if in fact you have the correct wire your gauge is bad. if it does go all the way up them replace sender

wait a minute... Are you running m30 sensors for both temp sensor/sender? If so, you need to run an m30 sensor for the temp sensor (sends signal to the ecu) and then an e30 sender (sends signal to the gauge on the dash).
