    B35 guys - 284 cam

Where did you get it from?
    Is it a regrind?
    How do you like it?
    Price?
    What chip are you running?

I just dropped off a spare head to get checked out and then rebuild, and this is the cam I am thinking about getting.

    Thanks

    Jean,

talk to Paul Burke on MyE28, depending on what you wanting to achieve a 290 isn't a bad choice either, I think there is a 288 out there too....
Paul can build you pretty anything you want, and his cams are pretty sweet...

Just a question, but how would a 284 cam change the powerband and numbers? How much would one cost?

I'll bring the car over to a local smog guy and see what it does, if it fails I'll just be prepared to swap it over when it comes time to smog it :)

I wish I could afford his cams, but they are a little over my budget :(
