are M10, M20 and M30 timing components compatible?

Hi gang. I´m rebuilding the M30B35. Just picked up the head from the machine shop for a valve job, but I need to replace the timing chain rails. I looked for them on the pelican website but could not find them, so I checked realoem.com and the part numbers it returned are not listed at pelican as M30 parts but as M10. Could that be wrong?

m20 uses a belt, so those are definitely not the same. As for m10 vs m30 IDK.
