New B35 camshaft prices??

Wowee, I was looking to swap a b35 cam into my new b34 I plan on installing in a month or so but locally all the best prices have been 500+CAD, that's up into turbo/performance cam territory! While I am boosted and could obviously go with a turbo cam I think the B35 cam is a good happy medium for peformance.

So for anyone who's bought the cam new, how much did it cost you??

So is this a recommended thing to do to a b34 for more power?

If you're going to cam a car, get a regrind. You'll make more power and save money compared to a new OEM cam or new aftermarket cam.

Just make sure it's not the old IE soft regrind lol. B35 cams are popular as they have pretty good amount of lift for a stock cam vs others...otherwise you'll need to spend some good cash to get a good cam from Paul Burke or Miller .

I really wanted to put something new in.....No IE regrinds, thanks. I finally settled on the Miller peformance's turbo cam. Will be ordering in a few weeks when the motor arrives!

I bought their m30 turbo cam a few months ago and it took almost 4 weeks to get it, customer service was good but I think they do the regrinds at an on demand basis. Also, I never got my core charge back after returning my old cam to them. I haven't had a chance to get any power numbers from it since I'm still in the middle of my M30 swap but I'll post dyno numbers when I have them.
