Pin 87 of Fuel Pump Relay not getting power

Pin 87 of my fuel pump relay isn't getting power when it's supposed to be. My pump is working fine after jumping fuse 11, my fuel send and return lines are oriented correctly, I'm getting power to all other connectors at the C101 when appropriate, but after tracing back the green/purple wire from the C101 back to pin 87 on the fuel pump relay, the relay isn't delivering power when needed.

Any ideas, shouldn't be the relay as I've switched it out for a bunch I've had laying around, it'd be a monumental coincidence if all the fuel pump relays I have laying around are bad.

OK, so you can understand this better, 87 is an output, not an input.

Pin 30 is main input, comes from the battery junction box.

85 comes from the DME, 86 is ignition (hot in crank and run) and comes from the main relay.

    Hope that helps.

So 85 should be hot all the time, and 86 is hot while cranking meaning when I crank it, the relay should output power through 87... correct?

85 is run by the DME: it gets ground when the DME is on.
