    M30 swap First timer

    I bought a 86 325es 2.5 weeks ago and it dropped a valve and the motor was basically toast, So i was on craigs list and found a 85 3.5L m30 with 50k mile for $300 well every thing is coming together but the motor mounts. I really don't want to Spend an arm and a leg on e30.de mounts any suggestions (places to buy) i want to sift through my options before fabrication.

      Your only option other than 300mm.de right now is Good&Tight's mounts.

          An '85 M30 is a B34, Good&tights mounts are for B35 engines only. You could PM qbang, he had a set of B34 mounts a while back. Also try PMing Matti (mw044), he makes really nice mounts for the B34.

                          Hrm, good catch. I remember Good&tight starting with B34 mounts... guess he doesn't make them anymore?
