I have two crank position sensors and brackets, does it matter which one I use? They are both 3 wire plugs and the same style plug, but the sensors are a little different in size.

Use the one that most resembles what you take off. The top, to me, looks like the 6-cyl. version. Not sure which engine you have. -
Reference the part number on Google or something and see which one is right. ;)Comment

The bottom sensor looks more like a B34 diagnostic sensor to me. Just judging by the bracket and the shape.Comment

They are both CPS. The brackets are different. The top is off a euro m30b35 and the bottom is off a US m30b35. I am using the top one with the bracket off the bottom one and a washer to space it properly for the harmonic balancerComment
