M30 Coil Connections - convert to GM DIS

Hi I'm in the midst of installing a GM wasted spark setup with MS2/e. The existing E34 coil has 2 terminals on top (one larger and one smaller) both of which test 12v+. Grounds are near the bottom of the coil. The last connection is from coil to distributor.

I want to feed the new coil packs switched power from the existing coil connections. Which of the 2 12volt terminals should I use?

What are each of those 2 connections for?
