Looks like a clean m30b34 with a turbo manifold...
Who's manifold is it? Or did you make it yourself?///Monstrosity. (OO≡≡[][]≡≡OO)
Aside from showing yourself to be offensive, lacking experience and ignorant in the ways of business, you're also illiterate and imprudent. Beyond that, your sense of liability is severely impaired.

sloooooow progress.
got the clutch, flywheel and gearbox on yesterday, these cars are a pain in the ass to work on lol.
waiting for a few more parts / bit n pieces, and the oil lines.
Once ive got them i can get the lines all in and put this bitch back together. need to get it in within 2 weeks, then progress with exhaust and intercooler will be swift.
will get some pictures once i get home from work.
quick questions for those in the no:
1. how did you torque your arp studs?
2. did you use the trans brace from the new gearbox?

EDIT: I forgot you'r old motor was an M40. The trans brace from an M20 should work. Not sure if the brace from an M40 or M20 equipped e30 are different.
The E30 transmission support should fit as long as your engine mounts are correct.
Interested in the arp head stud torque question also. Should they be torqued to what BMW's head bolt torque is or something else?89 325i: 86 535i motor+trans, JE forged pistons, MLS head gasket, ARP head studs, Comp turbo, GoodNTight b34 turbo manifold, e30.de motor mounts, AKG 75D engine/trans mounts, custom 3" exhaust, intercooler, MS2PNP, Megan Racing Coilovers.
